Provide the ride ID, registered mobile/email, date, approximate time and a clear description. Do not email passwords or OTPs.
Pink Rider support is not a replacement for police, Rescue 1122, hospitals or emergency authorities. In immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service first.
