1. Acceptance and Scope
By installing, opening, registering, logging in, booking or accepting a ride, going online as a driver, submitting verification information, using wallet, bonus, support or safety features, or otherwise using Pink Rider, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the account-deletion process, permission disclosures and the operational rules applicable to your role.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
2. Nature of the Pink Rider Platform
Pink Rider is a technology platform that connects eligible passengers with eligible drivers. Unless expressly stated in writing, Pink Rider is not itself a taxi company, transport operator, vehicle owner, employer of drivers, travel agent, insurance company, emergency service, ambulance service, bank or financial institution.
A ride arrangement is formed between the passenger and driver when a ride request or negotiated offer is accepted through the platform. Pink Rider provides technology, matching, records, fare calculations, support, safety controls and platform administration.
3. Women-Only Eligibility
Pink Rider is intended for women. Only women may create and use passenger or driver accounts and provide or request rides through the platform. Pink Rider may request identity, profile, face, document or other verification reasonably required to confirm eligibility.
Misrepresenting gender eligibility, allowing an ineligible person to use an account, renting or selling an account, or creating an account for another person may lead to immediate restriction, suspension or termination.
Rules for accompanying minors, dependants, institutional transport or any exceptional category may be published separately and may vary by service area.
4. Legal Capacity and Minors
Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding arrangement under applicable law. A minor may use Pink Rider only through, under the supervision of, or with the consent of a parent, guardian, school, institution or lawful responsible person where applicable.
5. Registration, Roles and Accurate Information
Users must provide true, complete, current and verifiable information during registration, login, role activation, verification, support, payment, complaint and account-deletion procedures.
False, misleading, duplicate, impersonated or incomplete information may result in rejection, restriction, suspension or termination. Pink Rider may restrict duplicate accounts, linked or suspicious devices, shared accounts, fake identities, account rentals, account sales and other misuse.
6. Account, Credentials, Devices and Sessions
Users are responsible for protecting their password, OTP, email, mobile number, device and account access. Activity performed through an account may be treated as the account holder's activity unless Pink Rider determines otherwise after review.
Pink Rider may apply one-device rules, device-change checks, login verification, session validation, security alerts or re-authentication measures.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must enter accurate pickup and drop-off information, review the ride option and fare or estimate, remain available at the pickup point, behave respectfully, pay applicable charges and avoid misuse of cancellation, complaint, bonus, promotion or wallet features.
Passengers must not pressure drivers to violate traffic laws, drive dangerously, overload a vehicle or use unsafe routes.
8. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers must maintain all licences, permits, fitness, registration, insurance, roadworthiness, safety equipment and legal permissions required for the vehicle and service. Pink Rider verification does not transfer legal responsibility from the driver.
A driver must use only her own approved driver account and must not permit another person to drive or accept rides through it.
9. Approved Vehicles and Documents
Drivers must use only the vehicle selected, verified and approved in the app. Vehicle information must remain accurate and current. An unapproved, unsafe, illegal, unroadworthy or incorrectly declared vehicle must not be used.
10. Independent Driver Status
Drivers are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, legal representatives or partners of Pink Rider merely because they use the platform. Drivers remain responsible for their conduct, taxes, vehicle costs, legal compliance and ride-service obligations.
11. Service Areas, Hours and Availability
Ride availability, vehicle categories, operating areas, hours, fare products, negotiation options, dispatch rules, eligibility conditions, pickup distance rules and platform fees may vary by city, area, time, user status and administrative settings.
Pink Rider may refuse, delay or condition service where an operating area is inactive, no eligible driver is available, location or internet access is unavailable, verification is incomplete, documents are pending, maintenance is underway or payment, ledger or policy controls restrict access.
12. Booking, Acceptance and Ride Arrangement
A passenger may request a ride through available booking options. A driver may accept, reject or counter an offer where negotiation is enabled. Once accepted, both users should honour the arrangement unless cancellation, safety, legal or operational reasons justify otherwise.
13. Maps, GPS, Routes, ETA and Technical Estimates
Pink Rider may use GPS, maps, geocoding, route calculations, operating-area polygons, availability data and technical signals to estimate distance, time, fare, ETA, pickup point, route and matching. Estimates may differ from actual road, traffic, location or network conditions.
Users must not use fake GPS, location manipulation, map interference or any unauthorized tool to alter service operation.
14. Fare Estimates, Final Fare and Negotiation
A displayed fare may be an estimate, preview, negotiated amount or system-calculated amount. Final fare may be affected by distance, time, waiting, route changes, extra stops, cancellation, early or manual finish, platform fees, discounts, bonuses, wallet adjustments, taxes or other disclosed charges.
Where negotiation is enabled, passenger and driver may send, accept, reject or counter offers within platform rules.
15. Payments, Wallet, Ledger and Adjustments
Payment may be made by cash, wallet, bonus, credit, vendor recharge or another enabled method. Availability of a method does not create a right to withdrawal, transfer, refund or cash conversion unless expressly permitted.
The Pink Rider wallet or ledger is a platform record for ride payments, balances, platform fees, adjustments and settlements. It is not a bank account, deposit, investment or regulated stored-value product unless separately licensed and declared.
Pink Rider may debit, credit, adjust, reverse, freeze, verify or correct entries for rides, fees, refunds, duplicate payments, fraud prevention, complaint resolution, administrative correction, legal compliance or technical errors.
16. Bonuses, Referrals and Promotions
Bonuses, referral credit, promotional credit, vouchers, discounts and campaign benefits are promotional only. Unless a written campaign policy states otherwise, they are not cash, salary, commission, refundable, transferable, saleable or encashable.
Pink Rider may set expiry dates, caps, area and role limits, ride eligibility and fraud controls, and may reject, reverse, expire, withdraw or suspend promotional benefits in case of misuse.
17. Permissions and App Functionality
Users must allow permissions reasonably required for the feature being used, including location, notifications, camera and internet access. Refusing a necessary permission may limit or block the relevant feature.
Background location may be used for driver availability, receiving ride requests while on duty, navigation, active-ride tracking, pickup and drop-off guidance, safety review, area eligibility, fare estimation and complaint review.
18. Privacy and Data Processing
Pink Rider may collect and process account, email, phone, profile, role, ride, location, verification, document, image, device, session, wallet, complaint, support and safety information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Pink Rider does not sell personal or sensitive user data.
19. Verification, Camera, AI, OCR and Automated Assistance
Camera and document capture may be used for identity, face, CNIC or other ID, driving licence, character certificate, vehicle documents, vehicle photographs and support evidence.
AI, OCR, face detection, document reading, image-quality scoring, risk scoring or automated assistance may support verification and safety review. Such tools may make mistakes. Pink Rider may use manual review, resubmission, rejection, approval or additional checks.
Approval, scoring or document acceptance does not guarantee that a person, vehicle, document or ride is legally compliant, safe or error-free.
20. Respectful and Lawful Conduct
Users must not harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate, stalk, defame, assault, endanger, deceive or exploit another person; unlawfully record or share private information; damage property; carry illegal items; use the platform for crime; or act in an unsafe, unlawful or disrespectful manner.
All users must comply with traffic, transport, municipal, tax, payment, cybercrime, privacy and other applicable laws.
21. Off-Platform Rides and Fee Avoidance
Passengers and drivers must not request, offer or complete a ride outside Pink Rider to avoid platform fees, verification, safety records or complaint handling. Off-platform arrangements are at the users' own risk and may lead to restriction.
22. Driving and Personal Safety
A driver must not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, intoxicants, unsafe medication, extreme fatigue or any condition affecting safe driving. Passengers must not demand dangerous or unlawful conduct.
Safety tools, tracking, emergency options, contact features, verification controls and risk alerts are supportive only and do not guarantee safety or replace emergency authorities.
23. Emergencies
In an accident, medical emergency, crime, harassment, threat or immediate danger, users should first contact police, Rescue 1122, a hospital, family, guardian or the appropriate authority. Pink Rider support may assist but cannot guarantee emergency response.
24. Cancellation, No-Show, Waiting and Early Finish
Passengers, drivers or Pink Rider may cancel rides according to applicable rules. Fees, warnings, reduced eligibility or review may apply to repeated, abusive, late, fake or bad-faith cancellation.
If a ride ends early because of passenger request, driver issue, safety concern, vehicle problem, route issue, mutual decision, accident or emergency, Pink Rider may record an early or manual finish and apply fare, fee, settlement and review rules.
25. Complaints, Disputes and Evidence
Waiting time, no-show, incorrect pickup, unreachable users, route deviation, extra stops, luggage, vehicle mismatch, payment disputes and conduct complaints may be reviewed using ride records, location records, messages, support records, verification records and available evidence.
26. Restriction, Suspension and Termination
Pink Rider may restrict, suspend, deactivate, block or terminate an account, role, vehicle, wallet feature, bonus, verification status or platform access where there is suspected fraud, safety or legal risk, false information, abuse, non-payment, harassment, repeated complaints or policy breach.
27. Communications and Notices
Pink Rider may send ride alerts, verification messages, security alerts, payment or ledger alerts, support messages, campaigns and policy updates through the app, notifications, SMS, phone, email, website or another lawful contact method.
28. Third-Party Services
The app may use or link to mapping, navigation, payment, communication, cloud or other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
29. Intellectual Property and System Misuse
Pink Rider owns or lawfully uses its software, name, designs, text, logos, icons, workflows, screens, databases, logic and documents. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, modify, scrape, misuse or commercially exploit the platform except as authorized.
Users must not attack, overload, hack, tamper with, bypass or interfere with systems; manipulate rides, dispatch, fares or wallets; create fake rides; use bots; or use unauthorized tools.
30. Changes, Maintenance and Force Majeure
Pink Rider may update, add, remove, pause, replace or discontinue features, areas, hours, fare products, eligibility conditions, verification requirements, promotions, wallet rules and support processes for operational, legal, safety, business or technical reasons.
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after updated terms are published or presented means acceptance, unless applicable law requires a different process.
31. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Rider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential loss; loss of profit; business interruption; device or internet failure; mapping error; third-party service failure; user misconduct; traffic delay; accident; or force-majeure event.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and the facts of the case.
32. Indemnity
Users agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify Pink Rider, its owners, officers, staff, contractors, partners and service providers against claims, losses, penalties, damages, costs and expenses arising from misuse, unlawful conduct, false information, breach of these Terms, ride conduct, vehicle issues, payment disputes or legal violations.
33. Account Deletion and Data Retention
Account deletion may be requested inside the app or through https://pinkrider.com.pk/account-deletion/.
Pink Rider may retain limited information where required for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, completed ride records, payments, accounting, tax, legal compliance, security or lawful business purposes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
34. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, unless a mandatory law of another jurisdiction applies. Users should first raise disputes through Pink Rider support for review, evidence collection and possible amicable resolution.
